The post code can be used for Sat Nav but there are a few properties in the immediate area which share that code so by using it in conjunction with this map and looking for landmarks and our sign we are easy to find.

Directions from M5:

  • Exit the M5 at J27, then at the roundabout exit onto the A361 (signposted Barnstaple and Tiverton)

  • Follow A361  to South Molton. 

  • Approx 22 miles from motorway, just after you pass a BWOC garage on your right you turn left at the roundabout onto B3227 signposted South Molton and Mill Inn. 

  • You will almost immediately see the Bish Mill sign

  • Follow the road for approx 600 yds, passing the Mill Inn on your right hand side and turn left at our sign into small farm lane.

  • ‘Jasmine Cottage and Chapel’ are found in front of you as you turn into the lane.
